Each owner will get $100, and we will have to put in a silent bid for players. You can bid from 0-100 for a player. An owner can sign free agents, but just like the league, they can go with the owner that pays the most significant signing bonus. You can’t keep adding and dropping players every week. You will run out of money. Most payers will go for $5-6 bucks.
